ShipX is a marketplace platform that connects clients (shippers)
with carriers (drivers). The app does not own transport vehicles
nor perform transportation itself. Our role is limited to providing a technical
platform for communication and transactions between the two parties.

- Full name, phone number, and email
- National ID / Iqama number (drivers only)
- Vehicle license plate and type (drivers only)
3.2 Location Data
- Current GPS location when creating an order or picking up cargo
- Pickup and delivery addresses
3.3 Usage Data
- Order and offer history
- Ratings and feedback
- Device type and operating system
4. How We Use Your Data
- Facilitate brokerage between client and driver
- Send order and offer notifications
- Improve service quality and user experience
- Comply with regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia

We protect your data using advanced security standards (SSL encryption, secure
storage, restricted access). We will not sell or share your data with third parties
without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
6. Notifications & Marketing
We send Push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging to alert you about:
- Driver offers arrival
- Order status updates
- Important service notifications
You can disable notifications anytime from your device settings.

- Request full deletion of your account and data
- Object to processing of your data
